How its works!

Choose from one of our diverse, nutritious meal options posted. We do our best to offer "something for everyone." Meals are a single serving unless otherwise specified. The menu is updated every Wednesday afternoon.

Please order by 3p CST on Saturday. Orders are finalized once paid in full. We accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, check, or credit card (3% fee). Please order via text or email.

Please specify the quantity along with any dietary restrictions and indicate pick up or delivery.

Eating healthy does not mean that you should sacrifice taste. All of our meals are packed with flavor, color, nutritional value, and satisfaction.

Pick up or delivery.

Pick up is located in Des Peres, MO. All meals are available after 4p CST on Monday. Please coordinate a specific time in advance.

Limited deliveries are available for Tuesday afternoon for an additional $10 fee in Kirkwood, Town and Country, Ladue, or Clayton.

We recommend eating the meals within 4-5 days.

Meals are fresh, and never frozen! They are made from scratch and fully prepared for you. We do not use processed ingredients. Many of the meals are Gluten free and have the ability to be dairy free upon request.
